Screenprint or promotional product/ad specialty industry sales experience preferred. Or, you should have extensive outside experience selling to a broad based range of Austin businesses.

Position: Sales Support Person
Full Time - Hourly pay - Full benefits including health insurance and 401K. Leading, well-established local screen-print and promotional products company seeks a highly motivated and energetic administrative person to support the Sales Department as follows:

• Perform various administrative and secretarial duties for Sales Manager and three person sales team.
• Process and follow up on sales quotes and orders.
• Assist sales reps in preparing quotes and sales presentations.
• Assist sales reps in on-site client meetings.
• Manage showroom, product samples and product catalogs.
• Assist with marketing; mailings, e-mail newsletters, lead generation.
• Perform online product research for sales team and clients.
• Keep up to date and knowledgeable on promotional products and sources.
• Work with clients to get artwork submitted and approved on timely basis.
• Work with all departments within company; sales, art, production, to insure correct order processing and quality customer service.
• Prepare various sales reports.
• Attend trade shows.
